These intimate classes are designed to help strengthen the body for child bearing and support in relieving the common discomforts your body experiences and prepares you for birth. Classes also help you find the time and space to look within yourself, allowing you to connect with your body’s natural instinct of the birthing process. Be part of an amazing, open environment allowing you to connect with other mothers-to-be by asking questions, making connections, and focusing on your personal needs. This class is designed to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Please get permission from your healthcare provider prior to attending class. Participants are required to gain approval from their health care provider approving their participation in prenatal yoga.
Partners and babies up to 12 months are encourged to attend. Our instructor will adapt to your needs and abilities for a personalized class.
Lead by Prenatal Certified 200 HR RYT Bryanna Panther. This 4 week workshop is welcome to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga - no prior experience is necessary. Pregnancy is a beautiful time of growth - prenatal yoga is designed to deepen your connection with your baby and promote prenatal bonding. This class includes poses, flow, breathing exercises, and meditation - all to be used during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. We will be helping strengthen your body and prepare you for labor - giving you tools and techniques for birth and motherhood, as well as helping relieve common aches and pains of pregnancy throughout the entire body and mind. You can be part of a community of other moms and moms-to-be.
Space is very limited: pre-registration is required.
