  • Intuitive Birth Embryoga Class Series 7 week prenatal yoga series design to strengthen the energetic and physcial body to prepare for birth and to bond with your growing baby.
  • Prenatal Yoga at RiverTime Yoga- Prenatal yoga class $20 90min class where you will learn relaxation techniques as well as poses to smooth labor and birth.
  • Yoga Tree of Boise Pre-natal Yoga

            These intimate classes are designed to help strengthen the body for child bearing and support in relieving the common discomforts       your body experiences and prepares you for birth. Classes also help you find the time and space to look within yourself, allowing you to connect with your body’s natural instinct of the birthing process. Be part of an amazing, open environment allowing you to connect with other mothers-to-be by asking questions, making connections, and focusing on your personal needs. This class is designed to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. Please get permission from your healthcare provider prior to attending class. Participants are required to gain approval from their health care provider approving their participation in prenatal yoga.

  • St Luke's Prenatal Yoga: Boise $30.00 60 min class Appreciate and enjoy the benefits of yoga while in the company of other expectant women. Through a variety of stretching and toning exercises, you’ll increase your energy level, relieve tension, promote deep relaxation, and leave class feeling refreshed!
  • St Al's Prenatal Yoga (Boise) $30.00 60 in class This prenatal yoga class is for women at all stages of pregnancy and all abilities. Learn to adjust to the physical changes of pregnancy while bonding with your baby and others. Prenatal Yoga can help to alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy and helps to prepare you for the birth of your baby.

Partners and babies up to 12 months are encourged to attend. Our instructor will adapt to your needs and abilities for a personalized class.

  • Downtown Y Prenatal Yoga Learn comfortable, relaxing positions and prepare for birth with yoga. Condition your body for easier delivery. No yoga experience necessary.
  • The Yoga Room at Panache Pre-Natal Yoga This prenatal yoga class is for women at all stages of pregnancy. The class will focus on gentle stretches, guided breath work and relaxation techniques. Learn to adjust to the physical changes to your body and manage discomforts. Prenatal yoga classes can enhance your ability to relax and enjoy your pregnancy with other women.
  • Pi Baby Studio Prenatal Yoga $50.00 60 min

Lead by Prenatal Certified 200 HR RYT Bryanna Panther. This 4 week workshop is welcome to all stages of pregnancy and all levels of yoga - no prior experience is necessary. Pregnancy is a beautiful time of growth - prenatal yoga is designed to deepen your connection with your baby and promote prenatal bonding. This class includes poses, flow, breathing exercises, and meditation - all to be used during pregnancy, labor, and beyond. We will be helping strengthen your body and prepare you for labor - giving you tools and techniques for birth and motherhood, as well as helping relieve common aches and pains of pregnancy throughout the entire body and mind. You can be part of a community of other moms and moms-to-be.
